Description: This course is designed for the spokespersons in Local Unions, and for all representatives that could be asked to interact with journalists.
This course empowers Union leaders to talk to journalists and control the message. More specifically to:
- Develop skills to have a conversation with a journalist;
- Master various types of communication:
- press release
- press conference
- interview
- readers’ letter
- open line show
- social media
- Craft a communication strategy.
