Course Prerequisite: No prerequisite course is required to register for this course.
Description: This course is designed for any person, chosen by his/her Local Union or Conference, who wants to become a trainer.
This course develops the participant’s skills and abilities to be able to facilitate a training seminar on any given union subject. More specifically to:
- Familiarize with the content of the given course;
- Master training techniques;
- Understand and share our Teamsters values.
