Teamsters Deliver Close to 35 Metric Tons of Food to Flooded Fort McMurray Food...

Teamsters Local Union 362 in Alberta is using its semi-trailer truck to get food to the Wood Buffalo Food Bank, which lost its building and all the food inside to flooding on Sunday. The union has so far delivered approximately 35 metric tons of food from Food Banks Alberta to a temporary staging area.

New work contract at Transport Guilbault

A new collective agreement was ratified by the workers of Transport Guilbault Long Distance on May 15. These professional drivers, affiliated with Teamsters Local Union 1999, obtain wage increases ranging from $7,000 to $12,000 for the duration of the contract.
