Description: This course is designed for shop stewards.
This course proposes mechanisms for conflict resolution that may be applied to conflicts between two members, or between the Employer and one or several members. More specifically to:
- Define what a conflict is;
- Develop skills and abilities to solve conflict;
- Understand conflict resolution methods and techniques.
