Description: This course is designed for future bargaining committee members.
Ideally, all members of a same committee should register for the same training session, in order to create a relationship, to know themselves better and to develop common strategies for future negotiations.
This course builds skills and confidence to mobilize our members and to be active during the negotiation process. More specifically to:
- Understand the negotiating committee’s roles of and resources;
- Understand the different steps and legal boundaries of collective bargaining;
- Define how to develop a strategy and negotiate efficiently.
