Description: This course is designed for female members, shop stewards, and health and safety representatives.
This course empowers female participants to play an active role in eliminating or reducing dangers in the workplace by educating and mobilizing our members. More specifically to:
- Define dangers related more specifically to women and their impacts;
- Know our rights;
- Define the Employer’s obligations;
- Know how to be active and mobilize our members.
