This update is to inform you that a Memorandum of Agreement was reached between your union bargaining table and the company this afternoon, July 6, 2022.
The Union served the 72-hour strike notice prior to noon July 6th and with this pressure concluded the MOA at 2:00 pm.
As soon as all of the paperwork is complete, the agreement will be voted upon by membership by electronic vote.
All 12 local unions represented by your Negotiating Committee unanimously recommend the ACCEPTANCE of this offer.
