The Teamsters Quebec Women’s Caucus has been sponsoring the Le Parados women’s shelter for several years now. This shelter helps women and children who are victims of conjugal violence.
This year, we asked you to help us bring a little bit of Christmas joy into the hearts of the children living there by donating your Canadian Tire money so that we could buy gifts for these children for Christmas morning.
The fundraising campaign was a huge success, raising a total of $1,075! Members from a number of different companies were happy to donate to our cause, and we are so very grateful to you all!
