In the March Newsletter regarding the “Book Off Memo”, I said that the Company agreed to rescind the memo. What I meant was that the Company agreed to re-publish the memo as it misquoted the collective agreement. However, they did not agree to change the procedure. The flight attendants still have to call Crew Scheduling and their Inflight Managers when they book off sick.
