Teamsters Canada is shocked and saddened by last night’s tragic accident at LaGuardia Airport involving Air Canada Express Flight 8646 from Montréal.
Our hearts go out to the families of the two pilots who lost their lives and any crew or passengers who were injured.
We would also like to recognize the crew members on board, the first responders, and ground crew, who demonstrated remarkable courage in the face of an unimaginable situation.
The Teamsters stand in solidarity with everyone affected by this collision.
