François Laporte, President of Teamsters Canada, and Paul Boucher, President of the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC), are at the rally this morning at CN’s headquarters in Montreal, standing with Teamsters from CN who have been locked out by the billionaire company, just like their brothers and sisters at CPKC.
CN and CPKC train conductors, engineers, and rail traffic contollers are out on the streets across Canada because they refused to compromise on safety just to make these companies’ shareholders richer. CN and CPKC’s greed is damaging the Canadian economy, and we will never accept it!
