Course Duration: 2 days
Description: This course is designed for any person who is, and proud to be, involved in the Teamsters Union. Participants must be selected by their Local Union to attend this course.
This course builds strong Teamsters leaders to promote our Union and values. More specifically to:
- Understand an organizing campaign;
- Understand the roles of the different persons involved in an organizing campaign and resources available;
- Know the Union history, values and advantages;
- Develop the required skills to participate in organizing campaigns.
