Payment can be made via credit card by calling 905 672-5959 or by cheque payable to “Ontario Teamsters Invitational” and mailed to the attention of Lavinia de Mello at Joint Council 52 (5945 Airport Road, suite 252, Mississauga, ON, L4V 1R9).
Artwork (deadline May 25th)
In the event that you have taken a major sponsorship, sponsored a hole sign or a program book advertisement, kindly forward your artwork to Lavinia de Mello at your earliest opportunity. If your artwork was already provided while registering on-line, no further action is required.
