La directive a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e apr\u00e8s <span style=\"color: #000000;\">le d\u00e9raillement mortel d&rsquo;un train entre Field, en Colombie-Britannique, et Calgary<\/span>. Cette trag\u00e9die <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/teamsters.ca\/fr\/blog\/2019\/02\/04\/un-deraillement-majeur-dun-train-du-canadien-pacifique-cause-la-mort-de-trois-cheminots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a co\u00fbt\u00e9 la vie \u00e0 trois cheminots, tous membres de la Conf\u00e9rence ferroviaire de Teamsters Canada (CFTC)<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab L&rsquo;ordonnance de Transports Canada sur l&rsquo;utilisation des freins \u00e0 main est une d\u00e9monstration claire de son engagement envers la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ferroviaire, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Don Ashley, directeur l\u00e9gislatif national de la CFTC. \u00ab\u00a0Nous ne pouvons prendre aucun risque tant que les causes exactes de cette catastrophe n&rsquo;auront pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9es.
