De plus, ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une prime de 1000 $ \u00e0 la signature du contrat.<\/p>\n<p>La perte d\u2019heures garanties \u00e9tait aussi une source d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude pour les salari\u00e9(e)s. Le Comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociations de la Section locale 1999 a demand\u00e9 &#8211; et obtenu &#8211; qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas de changements pour les travailleurs et travailleuses d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p><em>Le syndicat des Teamsters repr\u00e9sente les int\u00e9r\u00eats de pr\u00e8s de 125 000 travailleuses et travailleurs au Canada, dont pr\u00e8s de 40 000 au Qu\u00e9bec.
