Outre des augmentations de salaire de 15,5&nbsp;% pour la dur\u00e9e du contrat de cinq ans, les jours de maladie et les vacances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bonifi\u00e9s. Plusieurs clauses normatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9es \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>Le lockout et la fermeture du restaurant ont laiss\u00e9 des traces chez les travailleurs et c\u2019est ce qui explique qu\u2019ils ont vot\u00e9 \u00e0 60 % en faveur du nouveau contrat de travail.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Je tiens \u00e0 f\u00e9liciter le comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociations, ainsi que les membres pour leur courage et leur d\u00e9vouement durant le conflit, a tenu \u00e0 dire le permanent syndical responsable du dossier, Michel Richard.
