{"id":5521,"date":"2016-05-16T08:37:38","date_gmt":"2016-05-16T12:37:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/teamsters.ca\/?p=5521"},"modified":"2019-06-27T20:38:57","modified_gmt":"2019-06-27T20:38:57","slug":"vote-de-greve-chez-sandoz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/teamsters.ca\/fr\/blog\/2016\/05\/16\/vote-de-greve-chez-sandoz\/","title":{"rendered":"Vote de gr\u00e8ve chez Sandoz"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"font-size: 80%;\"><em>Malgr\u00e9 leur soucis du bien commun, les travailleurs du fabricant de m\u00e9dicaments Sandoz vivent dans un climat de peur \u00e0 l\u2019usine de Boucherville<\/em><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nLaval, 16 mai 2016 \u2014 La quasi-enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 des travailleurs de Sandoz de Boucherville a rejet\u00e9 les offres de la partie patronale et s\u2019est donn\u00e9 un mandat de gr\u00e8ve \u00e0 91% \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une assembl\u00e9e syndicale tenue samedi dernier.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019arr\u00eat de travail sera d\u00e9clench\u00e9 au moment jug\u00e9 opportun.<\/p>\n<p>Les pommes de discorde sont le non-respect de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 dans l\u2019attribution des quarts de travail, le non-respect de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 en ce qui a trait \u00e0 la formation des travailleurs et les salaires. La pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente convention collective se terminait le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Les membres de la Section locale 1999 du syndicat des Teamsters oeuvrant chez ce fabricant de m\u00e9dicaments d\u00e9plorent notamment l\u2019augmentation significative de leurs t\u00e2ches en raison de normes de plus en plus complexes et s\u00e9v\u00e8res \u00e9mises pour les autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9glementaires canadienne et am\u00e9ricaine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Climat de peur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les exigences gouvernementales et la d\u00e9gradation du climat de travail sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine de sanctions r\u00e9p\u00e9titives impos\u00e9es aux travailleuses et aux travailleurs. Par cons\u00e9quent, un climat de peur est apparu \u00e0 l\u2019usine, incitant m\u00eame les salari\u00e9s d\u2019autres d\u00e9partements qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas syndiqu\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tout r\u00e9cemment, \u00e0 se joindre aux Teamsters.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nos membres font un travail essentiel afin d\u2019assurer la sant\u00e9 des patients des h\u00f4pitaux, fait remarquer Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Pelletier, permanent syndical des Teamsters. Ils m\u00e9ritent le respect et la reconnaissance de leur employeur puisqu\u2019ils agissent en professionnels soucieux du bien commun. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s de Sandoz remarquent \u00e9galement qu\u2019il y a des changements fr\u00e9quents au sein de la haute direction de l\u2019usine ainsi que chez les superviseurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab L\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 provoqu\u00e9e par ces changements fr\u00e9quents ont un impact sur tous les \u00e9chelons de l\u2019entreprise, analyse le permanent syndical de la Section locale 1999. Le climat de travail ne pourra s\u2019am\u00e9liorer tant que les dirigeants de Sandoz ne stabiliseront pas la situation et ils doivent le faire d\u00e8s maintenant, \u00e0 la table de n\u00e9gociations. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les 267 salari\u00e9s de l\u2019usine exigent donc d\u2019\u00eatre reconnus \u00e0 leur juste valeur et que leur anciennet\u00e9 soit respect\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 reprendre les pourparlers \u00e0 condition que nos interlocuteurs patronaux recherchent, tout comme nous, des solutions acceptables, conclut Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Pelletier. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019usine de Sandoz, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9e sous la raison sociale Sabex en 1980, fabrique des m\u00e9dicaments injectables comme la morphine qui sont destin\u00e9s aux ambulances et aux blocs op\u00e9ratoires des h\u00f4pitaux.<\/p>\n<p><em>Les Teamsters repr\u00e9sentent les int\u00e9r\u00eats de 120 000 membres au Canada dans tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9.
