La fatigue aux contr\u00f4les d&rsquo;un train a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le lors de la catastrophe ferroviaire Hinton, en Alberta, qui a laiss\u00e9 23 morts et des dizaines d&rsquo;autres bless\u00e9s en 1986. Par ailleurs, c\u2019\u00e9tait un des facteurs derri\u00e8re la catastrophe de Lac M\u00e9gantic qui a tu\u00e9 47 personnes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab M\u00eame si tu fermes tes yeux pour juste 5 ou 10 secondes, tu peux causer un d\u00e9raillement, \u00bb a expliqu\u00e9 un ing\u00e9nieur de locomotive qui a voulu garder l\u2019anonymat. Certaines entreprises tentent de discipliner les ing\u00e9nieurs et les conducteurs qui parlent de la fatigue au travail, et pourraient essayer de cong\u00e9dier ceux qui en parlent publiquement. <\/p>\n<p>La fatigue \u00e9tait un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui ont conduit aux deux derni\u00e8res gr\u00e8ves chez le Canadien Pacifique. <\/p>\n<p>La fatigue est une \u00e9pid\u00e9mie qui touche tous les travailleuses et travailleurs.
