Little et Byron A. Boyd Jr. \u2013 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 le 9 juillet, en cour f\u00e9d\u00e9rale am\u00e9ricaine, \u00e0 une peine d\u2019emprisonnement de 24 mois et une amende de 10 000 $ par le juge Sim Lake.  <\/p>\n<p> Les deux seront soumis \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode de lib\u00e9ration supervis\u00e9e de trois ans apr\u00e8s avoir purg\u00e9 leur sentence. De plus, 100 000 $ ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confisqu\u00e9 \u00e0 chacun d\u2019entre eux.  <\/p>\n<p> Little et Boyd avaient plaid\u00e9 coupables \u00e0 une accusation d\u2019avoir viol\u00e9 la Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) en sollicitant et en acceptant des paiements de certains anciens conseillers juridiques nomm\u00e9s par les TUT.  <\/p>\n<p> Little et Boyd sont tous les deux retrait\u00e9s, et ni l\u2019un ni l\u2019autre ne sont aujourd\u2019hui affili\u00e9s de quelques fa\u00e7ons que ce soit aux TUT ou \u00e0 l\u2019UTU Insurance Association (UTUIA).  <\/p>\n<p> De plus, un ancien employ\u00e9 des TUT\/UTUIA, Ralph Dennis, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 purger une probation de trois ans et \u00e0 payer une amende de 2000 $. John Rookard, lui aussi un ancien employ\u00e9 des TUT\/UTUIA, a pour sa part \u00e9cop\u00e9 d\u2019une sentence de trois ans de probation, y compris une p\u00e9riode de six mois de d\u00e9tention \u00e0 domicile.
