L\u2019industrie du transport d\u2019automobiles par semi-remorque porte-v\u00e9hicules fait pr\u00e9sentement face \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res importantes et le syndicat des Teamsters a n\u00e9goci\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pr\u00e9server les acquis des membres. <\/p>\n<p> Cette nouvelle convention collective a \u00e9t\u00e9 ratifi\u00e9e par une faible majorit\u00e9 des membres des Sections locales 69, 106, 880 et 938 des Teamsters. <\/p>\n<p> Le syndicat a r\u00e9gl\u00e9 un (1) grief important (\u00ab crew cab \u00bb) qui a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 un paiement r\u00e9troactif de 1200 $ par membre. <\/p>\n<p> \u00ab Nous savons qu\u2019Allied System est en difficult\u00e9 financi\u00e8re \u00bb, de rappeler L\u00e9o Lalibert\u00e9, permanent syndical \u00e0 la Section locale 106 des Teamsters affect\u00e9 aux n\u00e9gociations avec la partie patronale. \u00ab Le vote serr\u00e9 refl\u00e8te la perplexit\u00e9 des membres face \u00e0 cette situation. Nous faisons certains compromis pour aider Allied \u00e0 s&rsquo;en sortir, mais nous serons tr\u00e8s vigilants lors des prochaines n\u00e9gociations qui auront lieu en 2006 \u00bb, ajoute-t-il. <\/p>\n<p> Trois compagnies oeuvrent dans cette industrie au Canada : Allied System, Leaseway et Cassen et elles font partie d\u2019une convention-ma\u00eetresse des transporteurs automobiles de l\u2019Est (Qu\u00e9bec et Ontario).
