\"L'égalitéLe Service de la condition féminine et des droits de la personne, du Congrès du travail du Canada, et le Comité du CTC sur la condition féminine s’efforcent d’assurer un plein accès à l’égalité à toutes les femmes au Canada et dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n

Les questions telles que la garde d’enfants, l’équité salariale, le racisme, l’accès à l’emploi et à la formation, l’homophobie, le choix, l’équité en emploi, la discrimination à l’égard des femmes ayant un handicap, la syndicalisation des femmes, les bons emplois et le harcèlement comptent parmi les objets des travaux accomplis par les femmes syndiquées pour favoriser l’égalité.<\/p>\n

Nous organisons des conférences, des ateliers, des symposiums et des exercices de réflexion afin de mieux saisir les incidences des politiques des entreprises et des gouvernements sur les femmes et de partager des approches pour trouver des solutions. Nous faisons pression sur les gouvernements et nous menons des campagnes pour assurer des droits aux femmes et nous travaillons avec et dans le mouvement féministe et avons contribué à l’organisation des femmes du monde entier dans le cadre de la Marche mondiale des femmes et du mouvement syndical international.<\/p>\n
