Parmi ses membres, on compte des placeurs, des nettoyeurs, des travailleurs d\u2019entrep\u00f4t, du personnel de cuisine, des \u00e9quipes de conversion et d\u2019entretien de la glace, des serveurs, des barmans, du personnel d\u2019entr\u00e9e, des \u00e9quipes de restauration et bien d\u2019autres encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouveau contrat \u00e9limine les quarts de travail forc\u00e9s, o\u00f9 l\u2019employeur contraignait le personnel \u00e0 prendre des quarts de travail sp\u00e9cifiques sous peine de sanctions disciplinaires. Ce changement donne aux travailleurs beaucoup plus de flexibilit\u00e9 et de contr\u00f4le sur leur vie professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouveau contrat pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement une augmentation de 17&nbsp;% sur cinq ans. Les montants sugg\u00e9r\u00e9s pour les pourboires sur les terminaux de paiement ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Ils ne sont pas au centre du spectacle, mais nos membres sont des joueurs cl\u00e9s de certaines des plus grandes \u00e9quipes de sport professionnel de Toronto. Sans leur travail, Toronto n\u2019aurait tout simplement pas d\u2019\u00e9quipes professionnelles de hockey, de football ou de basketball.
