Il souligne \u00e9galement ses efforts pour promouvoir tout ce qui touche aux enjeux de sant\u00e9 mentale en milieu de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Association des professionnel(le)s de l\u2019aide aux employ\u00e9(e)s <em>(Employee Assistance Professionals Association)<\/em>. Les programmes d\u2019aide aux employ\u00e9(e)s offrent des services de conseil et de soutien aux travailleuses et travailleurs qui ont des difficult\u00e9s personnelles ou des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale. Ces programmes peuvent \u00e9galement apporter un soutien pour une s\u00e9rie d\u2019autres probl\u00e8mes, comme la toxicomanie, le deuil, les difficult\u00e9s relationnelles, la violence familiale, et plus encore.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Le confr\u00e8re Deptuck est un visionnaire. Il a reconnu avant tout le monde l\u2019importance de rendre le soutien en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mentale accessible en lieu de travail. Aujourd\u2019hui encore, de nombreux travailleuses et travailleurs n\u2019ont pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces programmes.
