Ces membres de la Section locale 106 du syndicat des Teamsters obtiennent des augmentations de salaire de 17 % pour toute la dur\u00e9e du contrat, soit cinq ans. De plus, le r\u00e9gime de retraite \u00e0 prestations d\u00e9termin\u00e9es a&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;bonifi\u00e9. D\u2019autres gains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus dans les classes normatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre gain important : l\u2019assurance collective est pay\u00e9 au complet par l\u2019employeur&nbsp;pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours et les augmentations pour les trois autres ann\u00e9es du contrat de travail seront assum\u00e9es en partie seulement par les travailleurs et travailleuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les offres patronales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ratifi\u00e9es par 80 % des membres pr\u00e9sents&nbsp;\u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e syndicale. Le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent contrat de travail prenait fin en avril 2021. Les 60 camionneurs de YRC Reimer effectuent des livraisons locales et aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ces membres de la Section locale 106 obtiennent des
