Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a day to honour both residential school survivors and those who never made it home. It also serves as a reminder for Canadians to reflect on the injustices that Indigenous peoples have endured over the last few hundred years.

Teamsters Canada represents 125,000 members in all industries across the country. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters, with which Teamsters Canada is affiliated, represents 1.4 million workers in North America.
