As you might have imagined, the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly disrupted planned negotiations with UPS Canada.

Negotiations to renew your collective agreement concluded today with the company making a final offer. This comes after seven consecutive days of intense talks in Toronto, from Sunday, September 13 to Saturday, September 19.

UPS Canada Negotiations Update #3

The negotiating committee met June 22 through June 25 in Vancouver. We were able to get through all proposals with supporting arguments and settled some minor issues.

UPS Canada Negotiations Update #6 (Strike Vote Results)

UPS Canada workers from coast to coast to coast have voted 97.1% in favour of strike action.

UPS Offer Ratified

The final offer from UPS has been ratified by 60.8% of Teamster members who voted.

UPS Canada Negotiations Update #9 (voting extended)

It has come to our attention that, due to postal delays, several members still have not received their voting package with instructions on how to cast their ballot. Therefore, we are extending the deadline to vote to Friday, November 6 at 10:30 am ET to ensure all members can make their voices heard. Results will be announced on the same day.
