The Teamsters Union wishes to inform its members as well as the public at large that the strike at UPS is suspended as of Tuesday, November 23, 2004. The strike lasted 24 hours.
The negotiating team for the Union have decided that the employer’s new offers tabled during the last hours are acceptable. These offers will be presented to the members shortly.
Work will therefore resume tomorrow at the UPS centers throughout the country.
