As you are aware as per the International Brotherhood of Teamsters a mail ballot has been ordered.
The mail ballots will be mailed out on October 28th, 2004 by the firm of Baratz Judelman, Chartered Accountants. The ballots must be returned no later than 9 AM on November 18th, 2004.
If you do not receive a ballot by November 5th, 2004, please contact Baratz Judelman at 416-633-6061 and advise you have not received a ballot.
