An agreement was reached after a bargaining marathon, which lasted several hours, between the bargaining committee of Teamsters Canada’s small packages division and the Purolator Courier company.
Teamsters Canada will submit the collective agreement negotiated with the employer through mail-in ballots. The bargaining committee of the small packages division will recommend that its members approve the employer’s proposals.
The results will be known within a few weeks.
